AbsolutePunk is reporting that a vinyl pressing of Hopesfall’s 1999 debut album, The Frailty of Words, will be released this month.

Limited to 500 copies, the effort features new artwork and will be available on three colors: 100 white, 200 clear orange, and 200 blue/white.

A release date is to be announced.

Former Hopesfall members Jay Forrest and drummer Jason Trabue have formed a new project called Sunflowers Of Mayhem. New material is expected next year.

As previously reported, Hopesfall will play a reunion show with its original lineup in Winston-Salem, NC at Ziggy's on August 5th. The band has now added a second show on August 6th at Amo’s Southend in Charlotte, NC.

Codeseven will perform alongside the band on the August 5th date. Harvard will perform on both nights.

Hopesfall will reunite with its original lineup for a show in Winston-Salem, NC at Ziggy's on August 5th, in which the band will perform their
No Wings To Speak Of EP in its entirety. Codeseven, performing what may be their only show of the year, along with Harvard will round out the bill.

Hopesfall disbanded in 2008 after an ongoing dispute with Trustkill Records. At-the-time drummer Jason Trabue appeared on Ryan's Rock Show shortly after the band broke up, explaining in detail the group's distaste with the label.

According to a recent Trustkill tweet, it is said that the label will be releasing a new Hopesfall EP in 2010. Details to come.
