Mitch Lucker's memorial show Friday night at Fox Theater in Pomona, California saw Suicide Silence perform with a handful of surprise guests, which include Lamb of God's Randy Blythe, Soulfly's Max Cavalera, and Machine Head's Rob Flynn.

Blythe joined Suicide Silence onstage for "You Only Live Once;" Cavalera for a version of Sepultura's "Roots Bloody Roots;" and Flynn for a rendition of Black Sabbath's "Die Young." Video footage can be viewed below respectively.

In addition to the aforementioned vocalists, the evening also saw performances by Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying), Austin Carlile (Of Mice & Men), Phil Bozeman (Whitechapel), Eddie Hermida (All Shall Perish), among others.

The memorial show was filmed for an upcoming DVD release. All proceeds from the event go to benefit the education fund of Lucker's five-year-old daughter, Kenadee Lucker.

Asking Alexandria's Danny Worsnop is the latest vocalist confirmed to perform at the late Suicide Silence frontman Mitch Lucker's memorial show, set to take place in Pomona, California at Fox Theater on December 21st.

Worsnop will join Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying), Austin Carlile (Of Mice & Men), Phil Bozeman (Whitechapel), Eddie Hermida (All Shall Perish), Chad Gray (Hellyeah, Mudvayne), Ricky Hoover (ex-Suffokate), Myke Terry (ex-Bury Your Dead), Anthony Notarmaso (After the Burial), Cameron "Big Chocolate" Argon, among others.

Suicide Silence was originally scheduled to perform on the trek.

 

Suicide Silence released a statement on the death of vocalist Mitch Lucker.

"There's no easy way to say this. Mitch passed away earlier this morning from injuries sustained during a motorcycle accident. This is completely devastating to all of us and we offer our deepest condolences to his family. He will be forever in our hearts."

Nuclear Blast Records released a statement on Suicide Silence frontman Mitch Lucker who died Thursday morning after being involved in a motorcycle crash Wednesday night.

"It is with great sadness and regret this morning that we have to report that Mitch Lucker, vocalist of Suicide Silence, passed away a few hours ago due to injuries sustained during a motorcycle accident."

Suicide Silence frontman Mitch Lucker died Thursday morning after being involved in a motorcycle crash Wednesday night, reports PE.com.

The Orange County coroner’s office said Lucker was pronounced dead at 6:17 a.m. Thursday at UCI Medical Center in Orange County.

Lucker was hospitalized after a motorcycle accident shortly before 9 p.m. Wednesday.

No statement has been released by the band or label.

Suicide Silence had recently started writing material for their next album, and was scheduled to play at California Metalfest VI in San Bernardino on November 24th.

The forthcoming record will serve as a follow-up to 2011's The Black Crown, and is expected out sometime next year via Nuclear Blast Entertainment.
