Previously unreleased tracks from Torche, "Pow Wow" and "80s Prom Song," can be streamed at SoundCloud. The songs will appear on Decibel magazine's upcoming "Flexi Series" release. Corrosion of Conformity, Torche, Valient Thorr, and A Storm of Light will tour in March. The band entered the studio today to begin tracking their next album. The effort will be self-produced with mixing done by Kurt Ballou of Converge. A spring/summer 2012 release is expected. Torche's cover of the Guided by Voices track "Exit Flagger" is streaming at Pitchfork.com. The song, along with two additional Guided by Voices renditions, come off the band's upcoming 12" split with Part Chimp, due November 5th by way of Chunklet Industries. Torche and Part Chimp will release a 12" split in time for their November East Coast run, set to kick off November 5th in Durham, North Carolina. Torche and Part Chimp will team up for an East Coast run in November.
