Oh, Sleeper guitarist James Erwin announced that he will be leaving the band.

Says Erwin, “I’m stepping down from Oh Sleeper early next year after our Australia/New Zealand tour. After nearly 7 years, 3 records, an EP, countless tours and endless memories, I’m ready to move on. I’ll be forever grateful for the support of our fans. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us that made this dream a reality. I never deserved this. If I’ve left any mark on your lives I hope it’s this: Never give up on your dreams because they really can come true if work hard and pursue them with everything you’ve got.”
