The Mars Volta have announced a run of European dates this summer, mostly festival appearances. Dates confirmed thus far include:

Anywhere, a project featuring The Mars Volta/At The Drive-In vocalist Cedric Bixler-Zavala and Mike Watt of fIREHOSE, will release their self-titled debut album on May 14th via ATP Recordings, reports ConsequenceofSound.com.

A limited 12-inch pressing of the album will be released on Record Store Day, April 21st.
