Mastodon Releasing EP of Tracks from ‘Jonah Hex’ Movie Score

Reprise Records will release a six-track Mastodon EP featuring music from the “Jonah Hex” movie score on June 29.

The band was asked personally by the film’s director, Jimmy Hayward, to create the score — he was inspired after listening to their 2006 album, “Blood Mountain”.
