Austin Carlile Rejoins Of Mice & Men

by | Jan 3, 2011

Alternative Press is reporting that vocalist Austin Carlile has rejoined Of Mice & Men.

Carlile will replace vocalist Jerry Roush, who joined the band in April 2010. Additionally, guitarist Phil Manansala will be replaced with Carlile-collaborator Alan Ashby.

The band parted ways with Carlile in March 2010. According to Carlile, “the band said to management that they wanted me out because they felt I was lying about my heart condition, and how it limits my physical activity. They, and management alike, didn’t want someone in the band who is going to simply pick and choose tours.”

The reformed band will enter the studio this month with producer Joey Sturgis to record their second album.
