Dave Mustaine to Have Neck Surgery

Dave Mustaine of Megadeth revealed that he must undergo neck surgery, after suffering an injury on this summer’s Mayhem Festival.

Mustaine almost pulled out of the band’s Big Four concert at Yankee Stadium in New York City on Wednesday night due to the pain.
