In Fear and Faith Members Attacked on Texas Freeway

by | Nov 3, 2012

Members of In Fear and Faith were attacked on a Texas freeway Friday — a dangerous brawl that sent one member to the ER.

After running out of gas on a freeway and upon walking back from a filling station, a crazed driver attempted to run the band over for no apparent reason.

“[S]ome asshole decided to get in the emergency lane and try and hit us for no reason,” guitar/piano player Ramin Niroomand said. “After flipping him off and yelling like any sensible person would do after something that absurd, he slammed on the brakes and reversed up to us trying to hit us again. As we walked away, he got out and sucker punched me breaking my nose and a dangerous fight for no reason broke out on the freeway. “

Niroomand was forced to go to the ER for the broken nose.

The band is scheduled to play tonight at House of Blues in New Orleans.
