He is Legend Announce New Drummer; Continue Moving Forward with New Album

by | Jun 1, 2013

He is Legend checked in with an update on their forthcoming album and announced some changes in their lineup.

The band had been working on putting together a new record since 2011 but experienced some setbacks. “Between financial and legal issues and certain members pursuing higher education our activities have been extremely limited,” the band said.

Today they announced they’ve replaced longtime drummer Steve Bache with Sam Huff and will soon begin pre-production on a new album.

“Within 15 minutes of rehearsing one of our newer ideas with Sam we realized that he was the perfect person for the position,” the band said. They added, ” We feel like fate has intervened in our band somehow and we are completely happy to have Sam join He Is Legend as an official member and drummer.”

The group have plans to record their new record with producer Mitchell Marlow (It Hates You) and expect to tour worldwide in support of the effort.
