Here’s Another Song from The Overseer – “Scarlet Wool”

by | Feb 20, 2014

Is it true that The Overseer once played a show in a weird sewer thingy? We heard this through the grapevine and someone in the band should confirm it with us.  Whatever the case, we can tell you what doesn’t stink — this new track “Scarlet Wool.”

These dudes from Bentonville, AR have channeled their turtle powers with Rest and Let Go, their new record that comes out on March 4th through Solid State. It’s a follow up to the band’s 2012 release We Search, We Dig, and totally gives us a Thrice/Underoath vibe — and we’re cool with that.

Next month they’ll head out with Lola Rath for a string of dates around the time of the record’s release. Anyway, here’s the song.

Cowabunga.
