Circa Day Real Estate will be Coming Out on Record Store Day

by | Mar 3, 2014

Remember when we got intimate with Anthony Green in Downtown Disney a few years ago? That was a show that included Dredg, Animals As Leaders, and a newly reformed Codeseven. And when we were backstage Circa Survive told us just how much they loved C7 and a bunch of other bands.

One of the bands they mentioned was Sunny Day Real Estate. And while we haven’t heard anything new from SDRE since 2000, as the gods have it they’ll be doing a split release with Circa Survive for Record Store Day on April 19th.

The split 7″ will include SDRE’s new track “Lipton Witch” and a new one from Circa Survive called “Bad Heart,” which was recorded after the release of their latest album Violent Waves.

The split will be limited to a pressing of 2,400. You can what the vinyl looks like up there ^
