Stream The First Song Off The New AND SO I WATCH YOU FROM AFAR Album

by | Feb 5, 2015

Get ready to dance with this one. The long awaited album from Ireland’s And So I Watch You From Afar is on its way, and the first song off Heirs has hit the interwebs.

A follow up to 2013’s All Hail Bright Futures, Heirs is the band’s fourth studio album to date.

Guitarist Rory Friers talked a bit about the title:

Its called Heirs as a tribute to a lot of new people who came into all our lives during the writing and recording of the album…It seems like the songs soaked up all those feelings we had during the writing. Because making the album was such an intentionally intense and full time experience none of us where listening to much other music or even experiencing much else outside of it. So, it feels like a very pure representation of what happens when these four people decide to make music together.

Here’s the band’s new track “Run Home.”

Heirs comes out on May 5th via Sargent House.
