DAUGHTERS are Currently in the Studio

You may remember last summer when we mentioned that Daughters were “listening to new demos,” implying that they had new material in the works. Well it looks like those demos are actually becoming real songs! 

The band are officially in the studio recording new material, which we hope will be a full length record. We haven’t heard new tunes from the band since their 2010 self-titled album, which was released after the group abruptly went into hiatus in 2009.

Daughters played a pair of reunion shows in Pawtucket, RI in late 2013, which spawned numerous rumors that the band would be making a comeback. And by the looks of this photo, that comeback is happening this year.
