PREMIERE: Stream SEA MONKEY SEE’s New Single “Banana Breath”

by | Jun 11, 2015

Quit being so serious and start monkeying around. We’ve got a new tune for ya today to help you along and make you go bananas — a new jam from Sea Monkey See dubbed “Banana Breath.” You’ll want a mint for this one.

Like a stoned Rafiki irking lions with his walking stick, Sea Monkey See have been swinging through the trees of SoCal’s cluttered music scene with their underdog attitude, wowing villagers with their upside down spin on math rock.

A band that features 100 Onces drummer Richard Ray, the Monkeys will be releasing a new album called Mookie Island. On June 19th the group will be doing a record release show Downtown LA at Mystery Box, and will head overseas to join 100 Onces on a string of UK dates.

We’re thrilled to be teaming up with these primates to premiere the track. Take a whiff of “Banana Breath.”

Sea Monkey See tour dates:

Aug 05-11 IRL @ TBA
Aug 11 Aberdeen, UK
Aug 12 Glasgow, UK @ Bar Bloc
Aug 13 Derby, UK @ Old Spa Inn
Aug 14 Nottingham, UK @ JT Soar
Aug 15 London, UK @ Sams Wedding
Aug 16 Stoke on Trent, UK @ TBA
