Listen to Another TAPE (Every Time I Die) Track + Dates with Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance

by | Sep 18, 2015

A couple weeks back we talked about Tape, the new synth-driven electro project of Every Time I Die frontman Keith Buckley and producer Joshua Hurley. The pair joined forces with Glassjaw frontman Daryl Palumbo and former Men, Women & Children vocalist TJ Penzone (not to be confused with his brother Rick who’s in Color Film with Daryl) to produce their debut material that’s coming out soon.

Apparently a 9-track album was recorded at Soft Noise Studios in Long Island over the course of three weeks, and it’s expected out sometime this fall. And while it still hasn’t been officially confirmed, it looks like Tape will be doing a bunch of dates in October with former My Chemical Romance vocalist Gerard Way.

Here’s a new track called “Entry Request/Exit Strategy.” I’ve also included dates that have surfaced thus far.

Tape tour dates w/ Gerard Way:

Oct 20 San Francisco, CA @ Brick and Mortar (Tape only)
Oct 24 San Diego, CA @ House of Blues
Oct 25 Tempe, AZ @ Marquee Theatre
Oct 27 Dallas, TX @ House of Blues
Oct 28 Austin, TX @ Emo’s

As Blood Runs Black: The Ryan’s Rock Show Interview

A year ago this December, As Blood Runs Black posted a demo version of a song with a new vocalist, who ironically quit the band merely a few weeks after joining. Their next vocalist, who was introduced in February, left the band in August in the midst of a tour with...
