TROPHY SCARS go on Hiatus

by | Mar 7, 2016

This is a bummer. Trophy Scars have gone on an indefinite hiatus.

We have been around for 14 years and we are extremely proud of that. Hell, that’s longer than some marriages. We all still love each other and remain close. We just want to look to the future and see what else is out there for us; new careers, new music, new lives. Trophy Scars has been able to say a lot since our 2003 LP, Darts to the Sea. It now feels as if we’ve said everything we’ve needed to at the moment.

Despite taking a dirt nap, the band will still be issuing vinyl releases and limited edition art. Their album Alphabet. Alphabets. will see a double vinyl release later this year, along with their record Never Born, Never Dead.

Trophy Scars formed in 2002. The members are currently busy with other projects — vocalist Jerry Jones plays in Super Snake; bassist Andy Farrell plays in The Saddest Landscape; drummer Brian Ferrara plays in All Human.
