by | Mar 21, 2016

Look who’s back in town. Sumac, the band that features former Isis vocalist/guitarist Aaron Turner, Baptists drummer Nick Yacyshyn, and (sometimes) Brian Cook of Russian Circles, recently announced their new album What One Becomes.

It’s a follow-up to their debut record The Deal, and was recorded with Kurt Ballou of Converge.

Word on the street is that the guys are planning a tour in May to support the record. Keep you posted on that.

For now, here’s their new track “Rigid Man” — all 10:35 of it.

What One Becomes comes out June 10th through Thrill Jockey Records.
