Punk rock kids rejoice. There’s a new band on the block — and with familiar faces too. Members of Protest The Hero have started a new project called Mystery Weekend. Think pop punk, skate punk and a can of Surge.

PTH vocalist Rody Walker and Mike Ieradi have teamed up with their pal Dan Hay (The Fully Down, Amos The Transparent) for the project. They’re set to release their debut album Surprise next month — and they’ve posted a pair of songs off the record.

Take it all in below.

Surprise comes out February 17th.
