Circa Survive releasing new album The Amulet

by | Jul 10, 2017

It’s always a good day when there’s new Circa Survive. Even better when there’s a new album on the way. The band announced that they’re releasing their sixth studio record The Amulet this fall.

A follow up to 2014’s Descensus, The Amulet will see the group teaming up with Hopeless Records for the release. The album will feature 10 new tracks — including their new single “Lustration,” which you can hear below.

Circa Survive are about to kick off a US tour this week with AFI. They’ll start out in the Midwest and make their way out to the West Coast. We presume they’ll even play a couple new jams for ya.

Here’s a stream of “Lustration.”

The Amulet comes out on September 22nd. You can pre-order it here.

The Acacia Strain Interview on Ryan’s Rock Show

I have a pet peeve with the term “music journalist”. I guess technically what I do for Ryan’s Rock Show is a form of journalism, but sadly my image of a music journalist is no longer Lester Bangs. To me, the term “music journalist” has...
