The Dear Hunter releasing All Is As All Should Be EP

It’s been a year since their last album. And already The Dear Hunter are releasing new music, an EP called All Is As All Should Be.

“We’ve never had a hit song—never been invited to a late night talk show—never had a song in a movie” said the band in a Facebook post. But they’ve still managed to release seven studio albums and a slew of EPs.

Coming off the heels of their latest record Act V: Hymns With the Devil in Confessional, TDH’s new EP is more of a collaborative effort that brings friends and fans of the band into the creative process.

Kind of like how Team Sleep invited fans into the studio for a release, TDH did something similar. As mastermind Casey Crescenzo said — it’s to give back to their supporters over the years, “to be a conduit for their hearts and minds.”

This fall the band will be out playing songs off the EP on a headlining tour with The Family Crest and VAVÁ.

Here’s a teaser of new material.

All Is As All Should Be comes out December 1st through Cave and Canary Goods.
