PREMIERE: Stream a New Song from Sketch Orchestra (ex-Confide) – “20 One Year Olds”

by | Mar 19, 2014

If you thought your facial hair was out of control, you obviously aren’t too familiar with Sketch Orchestra, the instrumental powerhouse from Los Angeles. Featuring former/founding Confide guitarist Aaron VanZutphen, this experimental outfit are gearing up to release their new EP titled The Better Mustache Ride, and it’s perfect for fans of Animals As Leaders, Scale the Summit, and CHON.

We’ve been on the Sketch Orchestra bandwagon ever since they played a show at our Haus last year, and we couldn’t wait to get our paws on the new release. This Friday they’ll be putting out the EP for free on Bandcamp and will do a series of SoCal release shows. Today we’re excited to be premiering a new track from the effort — this one’s called “20 One Year Olds.”

Move over Pringles guy, you’ve got some competition.

Sketch Orchestra dates:

Mar 21 Pasadena, CA @ Old Towne Pub
Mar 22 North Hollywood, CA @ Bonnerhaus
Mar 28 La Crescenta, CA @ The Crest
Mar 29 Los Angeles, CA @ Los Globos
