Balance and Composure will release a self-titled acoustic 7-inch on April 24th through No Sleep Records.
The effort, available digitally at at Hot Topic, will feature three songs, “Separation,” “Stone Hands,” and “More To Me,” from the band’s 2011 album Separation.
The Empire Shall Fall have been forced to cancel their May shows and announced that they will be taking time off from performing for the remainder of 2012.
Speaking on cancellations the band said that “Jesse [Leach] has obligations to Killswitch Engage that are too significant to be overlooked.”
The band plans to complete work on their planned EPs once Leach has a break from Killswitch Engage, “most likely no earlier than late 2013.”
A new track from For Sleeping or Jumping, “Bone of Contention,” has premiered at MetalInsider.net.
The band’s forthcoming EP titled Dead Languages, co-produced by The Dillinger Escape Plan guitarist Ben Weinman, will be released on May 15th.
