Dat Smile, Deftones; Listen to an Unreleased Song from their Shelved Album “Eros”

Can you believe it’s been a year since the passing of Deftones bassist Chi Cheng? In honor of their fallen member the band put out a previously unreleased song over the weekend from their shelved album Eros. 

The album was the final record recorded with the bassist before his car accident in 2008 that put him in a semi-coma state for four years. There’s been speculation over the years that Deftones will eventually put out Eros, though there’s no idea about a time frame.

For now, here’s their track “Smile.”
