DEFTONES are Getting their Own Beer

by | Sep 29, 2016

You’ve probably had a beer or two listening to Deftones. But have you ever had Deftones beer? Today is your lucky day.

Deftones have partnered with San Diego-based brewery Belching Beaver to create a new beer named after their latest single “Phantom Bride.”

The beer will be available wherever craft beer is sold — yes, including BevMo! — on October 3rd.

Perfect timing for the band’s upcoming tour dates. In October/November they’ll be making a stop in Mexico and Japan for Knotfest. Then they’ll be going Down Under for a handful of dates, plus a show in Hawaii.

Deftones will be out supporting their latest album Gore.

FROM AUTUMN TO ASHES Interview with Brian Deneeve & Mike Pilato

Maybe there’s something in the air, but over the past few years we’ve seen a bunch of bands come back from the dead. From Autumn To Ashes are one of the most recent resurrectors, and they recently wrapped up a West Coast reunion tour where they played a...

The Acacia Strain Interview on Ryan’s Rock Show

I have a pet peeve with the term “music journalist”. I guess technically what I do for Ryan’s Rock Show is a form of journalism, but sadly my image of a music journalist is no longer Lester Bangs. To me, the term “music journalist” has...
