Did You Hear that Stolas will be Recording a New Album?

If you haven’t gotten acquainted with Stolas yet, now is the time to turn up your speakers. The band, who’s on Will Swan’s (Dance Gavin Dance) record label Blue Swan Records, are getting ready to head into the studio this June to record their next album.

We talked a lot earlier in the year about the band Sianvar, which features Swan with Stolas guitarist Sergio Medina. Wasn’t that stuff rad? Now Stolas will be upping the game with a follow-up release to their 2013 record, Living Creatures. They’ll be recording with Kris Crummett (Dance Gavin Dance, Night Verses) and expect to put out the record later in the year.

And since we mentioned it, here’s a stream of Living Creatures. It features guests appearances by A Lot Like Birds frontman Kurt Travis, DGD’s Tillian Pearson, and Jonny Craig.
