Get ready for album #5 from HE IS LEGEND — few

by | Feb 3, 2017

13 years is a long time to be a band. And it doesn’t look like things are slowing down for He Is Legend anytime soon. The band are set to release their fifth studio album few — a record that was entirely crowdsourced with almost 2000 backers.

In December 2015 the band launched an Indiegogo campaign to help cover recording costs. The goal? $50k. Total amount raised? Over $70k.

The result is few — an effort the band considers their most important record to date. It’s set for an April 28th release through Spinefarm.

Frontman Schuylar Croom talked about signing to the label:

“We’re very excited to start a new relationship with people who truly understand this band as a whole. It was really important for us to find the proper home for this record after seeing the tremendous response from our fans during the crowdfunding campaign. We truly believe Spinefarm Records is the best possible partner to help us keep that momentum trending in the right direction.”

So all of this means lots of touring in 2017. In March the band will embark on a headlining run, which leads into a full US tour supporting Norma Jean alongside Capsize. And then they’ll be doing a bunch more headlining shows.
