HASTE THE DAY are Back Together & Writing a New Album

by | Aug 15, 2014

A few months ago Haste The Day took the stage for the first time since 2011 to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their debut album Burning Bridges. The band, who broke up after a decade and released five studio albums, played a hometown reunion show in Indianapolis that drew fans from around the world. And now they’re back for real — and this time working on a new album.

The group have been writing new material and have plans to enter a Nashville studio in January to begin tracking their sixth full-length effort. The record will be written by the original members of the band, but will feature one track written by the lineup during the band’s Burning Bridges era.

Anyway, the band launched a crowdfunding campaign to help fund the effort. You can check that out on Indiegogo.

And speaking of Burning Bridges, here’s a stream of the album in full.

New Haste The Day is due in 2015.
