He Is Legend: 100% Done with their New Album

by | Feb 19, 2014

Back in 2009 when we did our interview with Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, it was when He Is Legend vocalist Schuylar Croom was filling in for Dallas Taylor. Guitarist Kelly Nunn told us that when they played people would scream “Dallas!” at Croom, and had no idea the band was performing with a different singer. In the words of Every Time I Die, goddamn kids these days.

Fortunately you guys are smarter than that, and by now you’ve probably heard the new He Is Legend single “Something Witchy.” We know it’s taken the band a while to get this record together after a series of setbacks, but somebody must have called Sabrina Spellman, because the new album is 100% done.

It doesn’t have a title yet, nor does it have a release date. But it’s due out sometime this year through Tragic Hero. And if you haven’t listened yet, shhh… we won’t tell anyone.

WOVENWAR Interview with Nick Hipa & Shane Blay

All things considered, it’s pretty crazy how Wovenwar started. Everybody knows the story of what happened with As I Lay Dying, but not many people know that the seeds of Wovenwar were actually planted over a decade ago deep in the heart of Texas, long before As...
