Kittie to Appear on Runaways Tribute Album

Kittie will take part in a Runaways tribute album, Take It Or Leave It: A Tribute To The Original Queens of Noise, The Runaways, due out June 7 via Main Man Records.

The effort, featuring a number of artists including Ad-Rock (Beastie Boys), is a 2-disc set with 36 tracks of music spanning the entire Runaways catalog. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the American Institute For Cancer Research in honor of Runaways drummer Sandy West, who died of cancer in 2006.
