Kurt Travis debuts No Apologies feat. Strawberry Girls

by | May 31, 2017

Always a surprise when there’s new stuff from Kurt Travis. The former Dance Gavin Dance/A Lot Like Birds vocalist has a bunch of projects going on — and he recently released a new song featuring Strawberry Girls.

The track is called “No Apologies” and it’s one of the new jams that’ll appear on his forthcoming solo record that’s TBA. It’s a mix of R&B, funk and some secret sauce, and it was produced by Eternity Forever bandmate Ben Rosett (who’s also the drummer for Strawberry Girls) at his own Spirit Vision Studios.

While Kurt has several projects going on — Eternity Forever and Push Over being the most recent — he’ll be focusing on solo work for the time being. Next week he’ll embark on the Powermove Tour — a West Coast trek — featuring Amarionette and Andres. Then in July he’ll be crossing the pond for a UK headlining run with Andres once again along for the ride.

Anyways here’s “No Apologies.” Kurt will be performing the song on the upcoming West Coast tour.
