Lostprophets Frontman Ian Watkins Facing Serious Sex Charges Against Children: Accused of Conspiring to Rape One-Year-Old Girl

Lostprophets frontman Ian Watkins was remanded in custody on Wednesday after appearing in court to face serious sex charges against children.

Watkins is accused of conspiring with a woman to rape a one-year-old girl, BBC reports.

According to Huffington Post, Watkins stands accused of two incidents of conspiring to engage in sexual touching with two young children; possessing, making and distributing indecent images; and possessing “extreme” animal pornography.

The conspiracy charges related to a period between May 1st and Monday this week, while the indecent images related to a period between August 12th and Monday.

Two women, 20 and 24, are facing similar charges.

All three will appear before Cardiff Crown Court on December 31st.
