Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins has been locked up.

The now infamous frontman has been sentenced to 29 years in jail, plus an extended licence of six years, meaning a total of 35 years in prison, according to WalesOnline.

The judge called him a “deeply corrupting influence” and a “dangerous sexual predator.” He’ll have to serve at least two thirds of his 29-year term before he is eligible for parole.

Last month Watkins pleaded guilty to attempted rape of a one-year old baby, among several other sex offenses.
