Machine Head drop Canadian Carnage dates, reschedule headlining date

In regards to Slayer being forced to postpone their upcoming tour, Machine Head will not be doing the Canadian Carnage dates either. The band has rescheduled their only United States headlining show at The Crazy Donkey in Long Island, NY for Thursday November, 12th.
