You know about the upcoming horror film The Vatican Tapes, starring Michael Pena (American Hustle, Tower Heist) and Djimon Hounsou (Gladiator, Blood Diamond)?

It so happens that Mike Patton is scoring the film.

The Faith No More frontman will be teaming up again with director Mark Neveldine (Crank, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance) to do the music for the movie. Patton worked with the filmmaker before on 2009’s Crank: High Voltage.

It’s expected to hit theatres sometime this year.
