Original Alice In Chains Bassist Mike Starr Dead

Former Alice In Chains bassist Mike Starr has died, reports TMZ.

Starr’s body was found in a Salt Lake City home today. No details have been revealed as to the cause of death.

Starr was the original bassist for Alice In Chains, performing with the band since its formation in 1987 to 1993.

He was 44 years old.
