Prosthetic Records Sues Razor & Tie Over Distribution Agreement

According to Billboard, Prosthetic Records has filed suit against Razor & Tie, claiming that its distribution agreement with the label expired on January 1, 2010; Razor & Tie claims the agreement has not expired. Information on that can be found here.
