Silent Civilian Plan Early 2010 Release for New Record

Silent Civilian (ex-Spineshank) will release their sophomore album in early 2010 via Mediaskare/Century Media. Additionally, the band recently filmed a video for the song “The Last One Standing” with director Scott Hansen.
