Slipknot Frontman Says No Plans for New Album

Though Joey Jordison reportedly revealed in a recent interview that Slipknot is writing a new album, frontman Corey Taylor has dismissed all rumors. Taylor commented via Twitter:

“Before anyone gets the wrong idea, let me be clear. I have NO PLANS to make a new Slipknot album any time soon. Shows? Maybe. Album? No.”

“As for [Jordison’s] comments, he took that on himself to say that in print. I can think of 5 people in this band who haven’t written/heard a thing.”
