Slipknot to Headline Mayhem Fest, Clown to Star in Movie

Slipknot reportedly will headline this summer’s Mayhem Festival after an accidental announcement was made by an Ibanez representative at NAMM in Anaheim, California over the weekend.

In other band news, M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan will make his acting debut in the movie The Devil’s Carnival. “I am very honored to have been asked to be a part of this project. I play a character called The Tamer. And let me tell you, there is a little Tamer in all of us,” Crahan stated.

Crahan and Corey Taylor recently launched a production company called Living Breathing Films, which they announced at the Sundance Film Festival.
