THE PNEUMATIC TRANSIT: Stream a New Song “Sparrow Sparrow”

by | Oct 2, 2015

This stuff is pretty nuts. The progressive/jazz-fusion band of former Exotic Animal Petting Zoo guitarist Jeff Zampillo have their debut album coming out in a couple weeks. And like we’ve said before, it’s something you’d expect Omar Rodriguez-Lopez to do.

The group’s long-awaited debut album Concerto for Double Moon has been in the works the past couple years and has seen several setbacks. While they were recording the album their drummer Mike Mirro tragically passed away. And somehow Jeff has been able to keep it together and make this album still happen.

Here’s another new track off the record (which is sort of an interlude) — it’s called  “Sparrow Sparrow.”

Concerto for Double Moon comes out on October 13th.
