Tim Lambesis Appeared in Court Today

As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis appeared in a San Diego courtroom today to set up his next court date.

Lambesis has been out of custody on $2 million bond since May 30th. He’s due back in court on September 16th.

Lambesis pleads not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder. He’s accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill his wife, who turned out to be an undercover detective.
