Tim Lambesis to Appear in Court Tomorrow for Arraignment

As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis is set to appear in court tomorrow for an arraignment.

Lambesis was arrested yesterday for allegedly trying to hire a hitman — an undercover cop — to murder his estranged wife.

He’s charged with solicitation of another to commit murder and is currently being held at Vista Detention Facility in San Diego County.

If found guilty, he could face up to nine years in prison.
