Vocalist’s Injured Hip Forces Defeater to Cancel Tour with The Wonder Years

by | Jan 29, 2014

This is a bummer. Defeater have been forced to drop off their upcoming spring tour with The Wonder Years.

Vocalist Derek Archambault has an injured hip, and doctors say he needs to get it taken care of before it breaks and causes further damage.

The Wonder Years have instead tapped Fireworks to join them on the trek. As far as Defeater, it looks like they’ll be out of commission until fall, as Archambault will need some time to recover. They will however be finishing their current European trek with Caspian.

Defeater tour dates (Europe):

Jan 30 Wien, AUT @ Arena
Jan 31 Salzburg, AUT @ Mark
Feb 01 Milano, ITA @ Lo Fi
