As I Lay Dying isn’t 100% dead, at least according to the statement Tim Lambesis posted on the AILD official site the other week. But the dudes not facing a prison sentence have moved on and formed a new band with Oh, Sleeper’s guitarist/vocalist Shane Blay. Their new band is called Wovenwar, and they’ll be releasing their first album this summer through Metal Blade.
Deafheaven announced a wealth of dates in North America and Europe this summer. The band will tour the US with Pallbearer and Wreck & Reference in June, and will head across the pond in August with Chelsea Wolfe on select dates.
Protest The Hero will be heading back overseas this summer for some festival dates and a run with Monuments.
The lads of And So I Watch You From Afar will be taking to the road in April for a European tour.
