Since the passing of Chris Cornell, bands all over the world have paid tribute to late singer by covering Soundgarden songs. Well, over the weekend Cornell’s former Audioslave bandmates paid their own tribute with System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian.
Four new tracks from Chris Cornell’s upcoming live album, Songbook, due November 21st through Universal Music Enterprises, have premiered at Billboard.
Chris Cornell will perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday, October 12th.
Chris Cornell will release a live album, Songbook, on November 21 through Universal Music Enterprises, featuring material from his acoustic solo tour earlier this year.
The effort will include a cover of Led Zeppelin’s “Thank You” and John Lennon’s “Imagine.”
