Tim Lambesis Pleads Not Guilty; $3 Million Bail Set

As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis pleaded not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder at his arraignment today in Vista Superior Court.

Accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill his wife, he is being held on $3 million bail.

According to utsandiego.com, the prosecutor wanted Lambesis be held on $20 million bail, but his defense attorney argued that it was unreasonable.
