A New Animals As Leaders Song has Leaked – Stream “Lippincott”

by | Feb 11, 2014

We asked Tosin Abasi a few years ago what the ingredients were for a successful band. “I just know for myself, I’ve been in other bands where I’ve been less happy, and this is a band where I specifically wanted to have it be as close to my musical ideal as possible…with no rules.”

Looks like Animals As Leaders aren’t playing by the rules with their new album. Though we don’t have specific details on the release yet, we do have a new song that leaked online — it’s called “Lippincott.”  We expect an announcement for the band’s upcoming third album shortly. Hang in there.

Update: looks like the track has been removed from SoundCloud. Here’s a live video of it.
