SLAVES are Breaking Up

by | Apr 11, 2016

Well this didn’t last very long. Sacramento band Slaves, fronted by Jonny Craig, have thrown in the towel. The band formed in 2014 and played their final show last night in Santa Cruz.

Things seemed rocky from the start. The band got kicked off Warped Tour 2015 after Craig’s drunken behavior got out of hand. The tour went so far as demanded he go to a meeting on sexual harassment and bullying.

Nonetheless, the group unraveled a few weeks back when guitarist Alex Lyman announced his departure.

Over the two years, the band release two studio albums Through Art We Are All Equals and Routine Breathing.

Here’s Routine Breathing in full.
