Less Art: Strangled Light full album stream

by | Jul 26, 2017

You know… we’ve been talking a lot about Less Art lately. It’s the band featuring members of ThriceCurl Up and Die, and Kowloon Walled City. Their debut album Strangled Light is getting released later this week. And you can stream it in its entirety right now front to back.

Strangled Light is 9 tracks long and summons the spirits of old school bands like Fugazi, Unwound, and Drive Like Jehu. But with a modern spin to it. The album was recorded by Kowloon Walled City frontman Scott Evans and mastered by Brad Boatright (Full of Hell, Mutoid Man).

Ok, so tour dates… In early August the band will be hitting the road for their first string of shows ever. They’ll be doing a handful of California shows, followed by some East Coast dates with Vattnet, formerly known as Vattnet Viskar.

So let’s get down to it. Here’s a stream of Strangled Light all the way through.

It officially comes out July 28th through Gilead Media.

Less Art tour dates:

Aug 04 San Francisco, CA @ Hemlock Tavern
Aug 05 Oakland, CA @ 1234 Go! Records
Aug 06 Santa Ana, CA @ Constellation Room

w/ Vattnet
Sep 14 New York NY @ Mercury Lounge
